Waverazor's synthesis approach is very unique in that you can splice almost any combination of multi-shape waveforms, and multiply, degrade, destroy or mutate them with a wide variety of different parameters. The sounds are very organic and interesting. I honestly can say there are some sounds I created with this instrument that I have never heard before.

Advanced Wave-Slicing Oscillators
Waverazor's wave-slicing oscillator technology lets you slice together up to 16 separate waveforms to create unique new sounds. Stand out from common plugin presets with our exclusive oscillator design. One Waverazor oscillator can deliver sonic richness and sound design possibilities that require multiple oscillators in other synths.

Choose from 160 waveforms with everything from traditional sine, triangle, sawtooth and square waves to custom-crafted, multi-shape waves and noise types. Tweak and modulate tuning, level, phase, DC offset and more per segment for even more possibilities.

Slice It, Dice It, Tweak It, Control It!
The Waverazor Performance interface delivers a unique set of controls for performance and sound design. And yeah, it looks trippy on a big screen too! The central oscilloscope lets you dig into waveform creation. Two X/Y performance controllers modulate a combination of slice parameters, while additional knobs and buttons make it possible to morph multiple parameters at once.

Mutant AM: Ring Mod On Steroids
Each waveform slice can have different harmonic content and individual harmonics subject to amplitude modulation at a rate and level determined by the contents of each fraction. Instead of simply modulating the entire waveform on and off like traditional ring mod, Waverazor weaves an intricate tapestry of harmonics in a sequenced pattern.

Multi-Sync: Hard Sync Multiplied
Think of classic hard-sync synth sounds used in hits like "Let's Go" by the Cars, No Doubt's "Just a Girl", or even prog rock excursions like the solo in "Regret 9" by Steven Wilson. Now think of those as only a starting point for what's possible with Waverazor’s Multi-Sync capabilities.
Since each wave cycle is divided into multiple splices, and phase reset is controlled per segment, multiple simultaneous hard sync points can be set up per cycle and even beyond a single cycle. With Multi-Sync engaged, modulating individual wave fractions to different frequencies creates a complex new harmonically rich version of a classic synthesis technique.
The "Nightlife Bae" patch is a great example of Waverazor using its special powers to add a new twist to these classic sounds. And check out the "Babylon 5" patch where a single oscillator can deliver the same sonic complexity as a 4 osc hard sync patch.

Visionary Contextual Editing System
The Contextual Editor simplifies your access to the true power of Waverazor’s modular synthesizer design. Take command of thousands of synthesis parameters with an interface that gives focus to what you need, when you need it. Select a synthesis module (oscillator, LFO, etc.) and everything connected to it (modulators, envelopes, effects, etc.), will be shown automatically. This allows you to quickly navigate through the entire synth and craft the connections that bring Waverazor's unique sounds to life.
Signature Sound Banks from World Class Sound Designers

Richard Devine (@richarddevine) is a well-established electronic music artist and sound designer. Known for innovative ambisonic audio work on Google's DayDream VR platform, he also gave voice to Jaguar's electric I-PACE car. Richard's signature sound bank takes Waverazor in bold new directions.

Mark Hoffmann is an electronic music pioneer. He has worked with synthesizers for over 35 years and is co-founder of German electronic duo PEGASUS. His solo project, UTAMOH!, combines Düsseldorf and Berlin styles of modular, ambient and granular experimental music.

Alex Reid is an electronic artist, sound designer and YouTube educator.

The mysterious ]Peter:H[ is a German electronic music producer creating vast cinematic soundscapes with his clever and unique patch designs.
